To get started, apply, get approved, then tour your dream home. When you’re ready to commit, an initial payment of $2,500 is due that includes your security deposit and the option to purchase fee. Our program establishes you as a renter of Sahle Properties for 1 year. This is a period where we can get comfortable with the arrangement and you can demonstrate your ability to make payments as agreed. After your 1 year rental period is finished you can exercise your prepaid option to purchase. The security deposit portion of your down payment is transferred into a credit towards the purchase price of your home along with Rent Credit accumulated during rental period. Each Additional 1 year rental periods with allow you with additional rent credit.
